FUNDOWN CARIBE is a private non profit organization of common utility, founded on May 3, 2007, that seeks to improve the quality of life of people with Down Syndrome on the Colombian Caribbean Coast, conducting programs, workshops and activities to promote, support and develop their skills, empowering them and their families to be trained as self advocates of their independence and inclusion in all areas of society.
