This May we have an opportunity to fundamentally change the way people think about the issue of extreme poverty with an innovative new campaign.

We're challenging thousands of people to spend 5 days living on less than £1 a day for food and drink
Right now, this is the reality faced by 1.4 billion people in our world who live in extreme poverty. This equates to a quarter of the world's population (more than 20 times that of the UK) facing the challenges of meeting the cost of food, shelter, health, education and transport on just £1 a day.
There are a number of partner charities for whom you can undertake the challenge listed on our website.
