About Challenge America
Our mission is to work with communities across the United States in linking new and existing services and supporting the development of recreational and occupational programs to better serve returning injured military and their families. Challenge America was officially launched by Amy Grant and Vince Gill at a star-studded concert event to honor wounded warriors in Washington, DC, on June 8, 2009. On July 30, 2009, Challenge America was officially established as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation.
