FAQ
What is JustCoz?
JustCoz is a platform that enables charities, non-profits and NGOs to greatly increase their social media reach by way of tweet and status donations. The platform lets anyone offer their support by agreeing to donate one message a day to their favorite cause.
What does it mean to donate a tweet? How do i do it?
Donating a tweet means agreeing to automatically relay a message for a specific cause. Once you click the "Donate a Tweet a day" button on a cause page, you become a supporter for that cause. A cause can send messages through all their supporters. This means a message will be sent through your Twitter account with the content chosen by the cause. This is done automatically and does not require your ongoing intervention. We have set a strict limit of one message per day per cause.
How do I use JustCoz?
if you're a part of a charity, non-profit organization or NGO you can use JustCoz to broadcast (up to) 1 tweet a day through your relay network of supporters.
If you're a person who cares about good doing and sending out positive messages to help causes you care about be heard you can use JustCoz to learn about such causes and support them by donating 1 tweet a day.
I'm part of a charity, non-profit organization or NGO, how do I join your service?
After clicking the 'suggest a cause' button on our homepage you'll be asked to connect your Twitter account to a pending cause page. We monitor those requests and process them on a case-by-case basis. You can start entering text and media immediately as well as customize the design. Once your cause is approved you will be notified and will be able to start using it to broadcast.
I am not part of a charity, non-profit organization or NGO. Can I still join your service?
JustCoz is dedicated to the support of non-profit organizations and charities. We do not allow for commercial or personal causes at this time. You may still join as a supporter and help the causes you care about. If you have any questions regarding your organization please contact us at

My organization has many followers on Twitter, why should I join your service?
JustCoz offers a way for organizations to be heard beyond their social graph, meaning that there is a very large potential audience that may support your cause but is not following you on Twitter (and might not want to do so). JustCoz allows your tweets to resonate and expose this audience to your message. Also, since JustCoz sends out your tweets automatically, even people who are following you don't need to worry about catching your updates online and retweeting them.
How much does it cost?
JustCoz is free.
I already follow causes I care about on Twitter, why do I need to donate tweets as well?
JustCoz offers a way for you to be a part of a relay network of the causes your care about and trust. This will allow these causes to send out (up to) 1 message a day through your account regardless of you being online or free to tweet. This enables you to use your social influence to help the causes you care about automatically, without the need to spend the time and effort trying to "catch that tweet".
I want to donate tweets but I'm afraid my Twitter account may be misused.
Our main concern is the safety and integrity of the supporters and so we verify each and every cause manually before it is added to our service. We expect all causes to abide by the rules of conduct and only send out messages that do not betray the trust of their respective supporters.
Do you promote JustCoz?
No. We strive, as a service, to be as transparent as possible. We do not self-promote through the messages we send out, instead giving the cause total control over the content of the message and its impact.
How many causes can I support?
As many as you like.
I want to do more for a cause, what can I do?
You can start by telling your friends about it. you can use the cause page to do it or just type it. Old school style. You can also click on the Website link and learn about other ways you can help.
What if I want to stop supporting a cause?
When supporting a cause a 'Stop Supporting' button will be added to that Cause's page. just click it and you're done.
